J. Davis Construction were building 16 four-bed detached homes at Cois na Rásaí, which translates as "by the races". The scheme is located off the Proudstown Road, beside the Simonstown Gaels GAA grounds on the northern outskirts of Navan. Thirteen homes were launched at Cois na Rásaí on September 22, 2018.
We were approached to design the Development Identity and promotional material which was to reflect its location in close proximity to Navan Racecourse. Racing has been held in Proudstown for almost 100 years so we used that rich heritage in our approach.
We designed an A4 Landscape Promotional document, incorporating the production of detailed location and amenities maps, house plans created from Architects drawings as well as advising on print production and finish. These higher end brochures were printed in 5 colours (full colour + Metallic ink).
We then took these individual brand elements to created animated promotional adverts to be used online across various websites such as Daft.ie and Myhome.ie.

Enjoy the latest craft beers, ciders and spirits. Be entertained by up-and-coming, home-grown musical talent, enjoy Six Nations rugby and tempt your taste buds with delicious artisan food. All under one roof!
Where do we come in?
For the 7th edition of the Fair, Alltech approached us with the idea of creating a new advertising strategy to promote the event, employing more of an online and digital media presence. From a visual point of view the idea was to feature people in the context of what the fair is all about, which is sampling food, beer, listening to live bands, watching live rugby and generally having a great time.
With that we chose some images focusing on the various branches of the fair and coupled them with catchy strap lines. Compared to previous advertising for the event we also wanted to use as little information as possible in order to make the imagery and the text as engaging as possible in a short space of time.
We adapted our advert content for the following platforms:
- Large format print and digital animations for Exterion and JC Decaux
- MPU animated gifs as pop up ads
- Online and printed posters and flyers
- Email Signatures
- Social Media banners
- Web Sliders
This years event was a huge success with attendance up by almost 50% with all three days sold out!

Sealpack approached us with a project to promote their printing services to the drinks and bottling industries. Their sales team needed a visually dynamic yet easily read short document that could be sent out to companies producing everything from Craft Beers to Smoothies.
With the Sealpack team we devised a 4 page bifold brochure which is accompanied by a can of their very own beer as a promotional tool to help the customer visualise the potential of the service on offer.
